I'll wait until we're both 9/10 games in before proclaiming them champions. They've come up against two poor sides and hardly been impressive. Points on the board is important though so that's all they can do at the moment.

I honestly don't see where the improvement comes from here Pogba maybe. Ibra is scoring whilst being utter shite so can't ask for more from him. Smalling.

They can get better organised but I don't see where the next gear comes from.

With a new manager & Zlamaras plus a 100 mil signing all playing in a system they know, they should be absolutely fucking flying.

Compare these to Chelsea in PEG's title season at the same stage. Different planet.

Had they beat Spurs and Liverpool these first two games I might take a bit more notice. Bournmouth and a shadow of last seasons Southampton won't be getting me kissing their arse just yet.
 
As much as I hate the fuckers they have won two games scoring 5 and conceding 1. Big nose was bought to score goals and he has three, four if you count the charity shield and like us they are adjusting to a new manager and bedding players in. I hope they crash and burn but unfortunately I can't see it.

It's how easily teams have got behind them which is notable to me.

Smith & Tyler saying they look like a Mourinho team. In size & numbers back only imo.

Defensively they look like Manuel has coached them

How many of the lack of conceding goals has been down to anything they did to stop it ?

They won't crash and burn. They will be fighting it out for top 4 with around 6 other teams. They might even win the FA or league cup. I've not seen anything yet that makes them champions elect though which other blues seem to have. (Not saying you by the way)
 
I watched tonight's game. I had to laugh a few times at the commentators comments. The swagger is certainly back it seems although they have won 2 games which I expected easy and I think LVG would have won also probably by the same scoreline. I didn't see the Bournemouth game but Southampton were truly awful. That lad they have upfront that just runs is awful.
 
BBC said they maintain their 100% start. Fuck me, it's two games in.

Now, I will admit that I never, absolutely never watch them, I hate them too much. So i only go off what posters on here say. I've seen the stats, and they say that Southampton had more possession and more shots, so I'm guessing it wasn't one way traffic.

Can someone please give me an honest appraisal of the game?
 
Just realized its going to be an unbearable season with the love in for Pogba and Zlatan and Mourinho. They managed to bring in 3 people more that we could hate. Goal is already running Price and king reign lol. Happy Europa league cunts, will hit Pogba when the draw is made on the 26th, don't think he has seen anything except CL football in his senior days hahaha.
