I went to the last game and agree with you but I’ve been reflecting on the set up and can’t help but feel Pep deliberately set up that way and played with low intensity on purpose in light of the run of games we have…..thinking that the correct results against the correct teams is better than a high intensity encounter with a bottom club ……if that wasn’t the case then it’s a truly bizarre and erroneous result.Obviously prefer a defeat but will take drawing at home to anybody all day even to a very handy Newcastle side on the provision we beat Chelsea Thursday.
Tonights results show how abysmal we were against Everton, Brighton scoring 4 away, we didn't even create 4 chances to score all game against them, our lack of creativity is worrying.
From Arsenal's point of view though it's not a bad result and keeps their momentum going which is what we desperately need to halt.
