Unlikely he would be both a red dipper and a blue dipper though so just incompetence.Amazing how England on Var awarded both inc telling him to check the monitor but Dippers v Cardiff with him on var he failed to tell the ref he missed a Cardiff penalty and the yellow for Dippers keeper should have been upgraded to red.
Problem with Var is you have complete liabilities of officials on the pitch then doing Var and they are just as awful there
