Feel for Frank, but I don't think he should be a manager at this level, at least not yet. If he go down with Everton and is allowed to stay on it might be a blessing in disguise for his career, he haven't had much time to work on his craft since he understandably took the Chelsea job.

If he keeps them job I don't see him surviving the whole of next season anyway

He is a manager because of his name only. How he got the Chelsea job is beyond me.
