I'd be very surprised if the American owners get rid of Kompany this early. I believe they had a 3 year plan to get back into the Prem and to play an attractive style of football. They got back at the first attempt under Kompany so are well ahead of schedule even if they go back down

I hope Burnley give Vinny more time but if they don't he will be in demand in the Championship with clubs with more potential.
