They've played some difficult games and come through them unscathed apart from the Newcastle one.

If I recall they had a few injuries when we played them and we didn't capitalise on it, so I wouldn't expect other teams too.

I hope this is a turning point for Vinny and Burnley, but remember when City ended a run of six defeats on the bounce by spanking Everton 5-0 at Maine Road just before Christmas only for it to be a false dawn. It was fun singing “you should have gone Christmas robbing” to the blue scousers though.

I agree. I just can’t see them falling away the way they did last season. That said I’m confident City still have more than enough to win the League

I can, they haven't even played any of their hard away games yet

They are. The big question is do they have the mental fortitude to keep going when the pressure is on. They could, and probably should, have won the Prem last season but they fell apart when it mattered. We arent playing our best this season but are still closer to them now than we were this time last year.

I think their ex-player Ljunberg summed it up pretty well when he said Arsenal need a ten point lead over us by the end of December.

This season they have us and Liverpool breathing down there necks! They look a lot more solid than us though and last season where they almost won it. teams who usually go on and win the premier league usually challenge they year before. Yep long way to go..
