I don’t know if it says something about the ambition of the clubs or more about the way they are managed but if the reports are true Everton, a true mid-table team, hire a proven winner as Manager at a cost of £11.5m a year but Arsenal, who should be a top four team, hire an untested guy as Head Coach at a salary of less than £5m
