it doesn't seem to be errors anymore,they have confused the fuck out of all of them or it'a bent,i'm going with bentIt's not just the 2 in the VAR room though. They are meant to be the check. The red card incident happened right in front of the technical areas within yards of one linesman, the fourth official and Michael Oliver. That's 5 (FIVE) people who messed up.
That's some collective human error!

Human error from a referee or linesman on the pitch is understandable.
Human error from 2 referees sitting in front of 10 tv replays while given 3 or 4 minutes to decide isnt acceptable.
