Tim nice but dim saying he thinks "someone" will be taking a look at the elbow. The more you see it, the 'worser' it looks. Certainly on a par with Aguero's elbow on Steven Reid.

Was no action taken because the ball was out of play when he elbowed him? not sure of the rule regarding out of play incidents

You can be sent off when the games finished or if you're a sub sat on the bench so don't think that matters

The referee should get a ban he was looking straight at the incident, then he goes and asks the linesmans opinion.

If he could not see it from less than ten yards he is not fit to officiate.

The ref did see it but bottled it, didn't want to issue a red. Same as with the Lamela challenge he knew is was a booking but also knew it meant a red so bottled it. Maybe he didn't bottle it maybe he didn't want to send a player off.
