The Rags were expected to crush Brighton. They needed an own goal and Brighton had the chances to get something. More signs they aren't all that

Spurs dropped points again. Wembley will be their undoing this season

As long as Chelsea don't win later it's got to go down as a pretty good day for us

Exactly this. It was the same when they won the title in Ferguson's last season. They were utter dross but kept on grinding out flukey wins.

Frustrating but any side with aspirations of the title should be expecting to beat the newly promoted teams at home comfortably, i would be more concerned if they were getting results like this against the top 6 teams.

At home to Bournmouth, Palace, West Brom, Burnley, and Swansea, Spurs have managed just 2 wins and 4 goals. That's why they won't win the title.
Manchester United required a huge amount of luck to see of Brighton, and their three biggest players failed to perform. That's why they won't win the title.
Liverpool are about to go into a game against Chelsea with a back four of Moreno, Klavan, Matip and Gomez. That's why they won't win the title.
Arsenal are managed by Arsene Wenger. You know the next bit.

Everything is set up perfectly for City to win the title. Not only have we been incredible but everyone else is disappointing. If we don't get complacent and rotate well, it'll be ours by April.

Never a corner...where was the lino? Then not only a foul by Lukaku but he kicked out twice after before the goal. Definite foul on Lockhart (sp?) earlier and rags played on, fair enough I guess but when BRighton put ball out Rag doesnt play it back to them from throw in...class act.

United are BACK people.

Overpriced City struggling to shake off the persistent Red Devils.

United gearing up for their traditional post-Xmas surge. Guardiola looks over his shoulder nervously.

You know the sort of shite we’ll be reading/hearing tomorrow.

It's 3 more points though no matter how shit they are,it's really annoying
True, but we can take consolation in the fact that today they were well and truly exposed for what they are. If they play anything like that against us they'll be lucky to get away with just a 6-1.

Only shocking luck can stop City this season , we are much better than the other 5 we talk of with only Chelsea at their best coming close to us.

Lukaku retrospective ban would be 3 games so he would miss the game against us. So that's not happening then
