This is exactly how I was thinking about it.

On average 1.3 goals per half in a Premier League game, std deviation of roughly 0.7-1.0 goals per half. That means roughly a one in three chance of two goals or more in any given half.

Which means roughly 10-15% chance of both of them turning this around.

That of course is not taking into account any of the context and refereeing. So they'll probably both do it.

Fulham look shaky at the back, looks only a matter of time before they get one back, if that happens the arse will win comfortably.
That being said Fulham have had chances so if they could get another you never know.
