That defeat is all on the hands of Eddie Howe. He's a clueless ****.
His substitutions today were absolutely shocking.

Botman off which looked like a bad one. I don't rate Botman but comes to show even when he goes off that his replacement is Matt Targett.Newcastle just aren't at the level many would suggest they are. Their lack of depth will cause them even more problems once champions league start.
I don't think you can credit the dippers too much despite the comeback with 10 men. It was simply newcastle throwing that away.
I don't fear liverpool at all, they've got plenty of problems, back 4 is a mess and thr midfield isn't balanced and isn't suited to the shit football klopp prefers. They aren't a shadow of the team we faced a few years back and don't believe they'll be our closest challengers unless a few others have an absolute mare.
Would have been nice to laugh at the dippers and this will certainly invigorate them but as long as we do our stuff we won't have to worry about their results.
And then brought a player who had a decent chance to square it to Wilson who was in a good positionGordon was tearing Trent apart and Howe subs him? Idiotic
It almost seemed he played 3 at the back with Liverpool playing counter. Doesn’t make sense. If playing safe like it seemed at 1-0 just park it. They literally just passed around for 50-60minsI think it was more on his tactics. He should have had them put the Dippers to the sword.
Instead, they sat back on their one goal lead, rarely looking like they had a man advantage.
But the subs certainly didn’t help.
Newcastle had their boots on their necks and then let them off the hook, that won’t be the red top infested media narrative though.Nah they earned that on this occasion.
