When we hate teams, we tend to hate their fans and often their managers. Most of the players are overseas lads who go about the job in a professional and dignified way. There are a few standout individuals at the Rags and Dippers who I hate, but I'm indifferent to most of them. So I wouldn't say you're in need of help :)
