I know astonishing isn't it? They had that run of games at the start of the season whereby they were very fortunate in that they received some favourable decisions from the officials. That helped their points total a fair bit.

United give up so many chance and the vast majority of teams can’t take them whereas they would against virtually any other team. It happens most seasons. Then United nick the game 1-0. The few teams that take their chances against them absolutely batter them.

Compare their GD vs Newcastle and then compare the points.
