To-a-man, they blame the refs for anything that goes against them. They are convinced that the refs are on City’s payroll and that the PL are against them. It shows a real lack of character if the first or main thing you blame is the refs.

Even if the ref has made a mistake, a team has 3,420 minutes over 38 games to win the league. If you’re bothered about a few moments here and there where the refs got something wrong (and most of the time with their fans, he hasn’t!) then your team clearly wasn’t good enough.
