Premier League games 27/28 feb & 1st march

Big fine and possible ban incoming - for telling the truth. Players and Managers are not allowed to tell the truth as it relates to match officials. Apparently it brings the game into disrepute more than incompetent officiating does !
Just shows how much they have their heads buried in the sand.

Aye, they talked about how it's because he blew the whistle again just before the ball crossed the line, but never gave an explanation as to why the fat fuck is allowed to just blow the whistle again in the first place.
My ERO tells me it was because of pushing in the wall. Well, there shouldn't be any pushing in the wall cos two teams can't be in the same wall, and if it's a push on a Brighton player it's another pen; if it's a push on a Baggie it's a free kick. There isn't any aspect of the laws as I understand themn that having blown the whistle for the kick to be taken he blows again and awards Brighton a re-take!. Old Mother Riley will be hastily rehashing the LOTG to accommodate Mason's incompetence!

Villa in 7th a point behind the dippers with a game in hand as it stands. Everton level also with a game in hand. They might be relying on ourselves, Leicester or the rags to win the FA Cup to get them in to Europe still (and us to win the LC).

There hasn't been a time that I remember where a bunch of refs, individually and collectively, hasn't brought the game into so much disrepute as the present set. The decision today is way outside the written LotG as to beggar belief, and if Dunk gets fined and banned for that it just scandalises the game even further.

Your ERO is Incorrect there is nobody within a metre of the wall. If there was an attacking player in the wall though that would have been a legitimate reason to blow up.

Totally agree, but I have seen it happen so many times that the league has handed down punishments to Managers and players for complaining about referees. I will actually be surprised if Dunk isn’t punished. Of course this would be the wrong response. The league should sort out the refereeing but we know they wont.

I'm not sure mason needs a legitimate reason to blow up, another burger should do the job.
