It’s not really. The way FFP works means that if we get Messi on a free, his amortisation will be minimal on the books. Give him a big signing on fee to pay most of his wages up front and it gives us wriggle room to buy others.
Haaland would be very expensive, but we could give him a 10 year contract.
Buying Kane and Haaland would be impossible without sales.

I'd have had Alonso in for Chilwell but bar that looks fine to me. Chilwell might make sense tbh as Alonso isn't exactly speedy gonzalez.Not sure about this Chelsea line up. Saying that the rags one is equally as poor.
