Tuchel is a very talented coach, his downfall in the past has always been his man management and players just getting fed up with him after a while. When German footballers refer to him as a 'fucking dictator', it'll give you an idea.
Most likely challengers next season if he keeps the squad onside imo.

Clubs are free to spend their money however they wish. Some pay megabucks for “star” players and scrimp around for cheaper squad players.

We, however, pay less for our “star” players and buy better standard of squad players. This seems to work better.
