hasn't spent much 2bh, this last summer was easily their biggest with Shaqiri, but offset by Begovic & N'Zonzi going. The 2 seasons prior they only spent about £8m in total, of course they must have a handy wage bill but that policy of spending well on wages but looking for good deals in fees is working, Hughes is being astute as he was at Blackburn. Didn't expect them to do well at all without Begovic and N'Zonzi, but they're doing well.
