Pen and red seems harsh, alty looked at only a still frame so didn't see it bounce off the leg. Not really complaining mind, Chelsea need pegging back imo!

The elimination of soft pens only applies when Rags 'n Dippers are not in dire need of a leg up, and if they are, the next incursion into the oppo area is a nailed on stoner, whether the LotG have been infringed or not!
