If Slot wins the league in his first season, it wouldn't look good on Arteta.

It's not even that unusual. Conte did it. Pellegrini did it. Ancelotti did it. It's usually a sign that the players were underperforming under the previous manager, so if anything, it doesn't look good on Klopp.
