We need to stop shitting ourselves about ffp and get recruiting again

It's an odd one why we haven't. We did waste 90 million on Phillips and Nunes. Chelsea were clever and found a few loopholes that allowed them to beat the ffp rules.

How you identify the ones to keep and the ones to sell seems a hard task.

We decided not to receive 30M for Mcatee then decided not to play him. Wright looked decent against Tottenham, haven’t seen him since.

I can see Chelsea win the PL they are young strong , fast with no pressure . The problem for them is if they beat thr dippers to the title then we are going to see some charges against them.

It somehow gets missed how much money Chelsea have spent recently.

Im not using it against them, but when I hear people are "surprised" how good they are like... theh spent over 1B, those players better be good.

Wait until they actually get near a title. At the min they are a good watch but inconsistent so can be patted on the head.

I still find it unbelievable how we got slappped by Spurs

It’s just typical. We went to their place about four years running and didn’t score a single goal despite having over 100 shots, which was about four times as many as they managed, and we lost every game.

Palmer is our one that got away.. he’s one of the top players on the planet. And anyone arguing against that is either delusional, bitter or both.

He didn’t get away. He wanted what he’s got - first team football.

I’ve been dubious of saying it until now, but he would be absolutely thriving with this form in our team. We’ll simply never know if he would have got the opportunity. All you can say is fair fucks to him for believing in himself to the point he did what he did.
