Maybe now it’s in our hands as long as our winning streak lasts we’ll see the end of the smug celebrations by Arsenal players. I can’t remember us being so cocky after victory, relived and ecstatic but never cocky. Happy to be corrected but for me it’s never been a City trait.

I know what you mean, but being a stressed miserable git, I sort of envy that joy and confidence. I’m very confident arsenal will fuck up a few times more though this season. Pressure is a crippling thing - and if they don’t then they thoroughly deserve to win it

I mean he's not wrong in a sense. In terms of quality that game was shocking, but in terms of excitement and physicality, one of the best

Huge result for us that. A Liverpool winner would have been perfect but it makes little difference in the grand scheme of things.

We are hitting top form at just the right time and we’re making difficult fixtures look easy. Look at the way we’ve squatted aside Newcastle, Leipzig and Liverpool in recent weeks. We keep this form up at we retain the title.

Also, that is a proper hammer blow for Arsenal. 2-0 up against a side woefully out of form and they fail to win. Some will say it’s a good point but it put the title back in our hands and that’s a huge mental blow.
