Premier League Games 9/10 Dec '23

Looking at so much reaction from everyone outside the City/Arsenal bubble, we've absolutely "babyfaced" ourselves (to use a pro wrestling term).

So many people talking about how we took the defeat on the chin and blamed ourselves, whilst also saying fair fucks to Villa, whereas the Arsenal fans/manager/players/tea lady are blaming everything else.

It's the same as when Liverpool started challenging us. Everyone hates us until they realise the other club/manager/fanbase are bigger cunts than we have ever been.

Dippers got some tuff games coming up including the Arse so they cant both win that one. Suspect we’ll be close to the top of the table when it gets to squeaky bum time!!

Not if it results in a goal. Or have they changed it again?
Im confused too (doesnt take much). I thought it didnt count if the player who handballed it (Havertz) scores, however it was Nketiah who scored. Its also possible Cash handballed it first. Waiting for MOTD to see it again!!

You tell me when pundits started talking about hands being in unnatural positions before two years.

I'll wait...
Theres nothing at all in the laws about unnatural positions, just making your body unnaturally bigger and that came in 2019. So id imagine they've been talking about it since then.

Wouldnt it just be easier to admit you dont know the laws of the game.

I'll wait...

They'll soon realise if one of these sides starts dominating again......God forbid .

If the player who handles the ball goes on to score, the goal is disallowed. If it's another player who handles it, it then depends on whether it was judged to be intentional handball or not.

I think!

My mate had a spare ticket for Sheffield Utd so went to that game, saw the goal, outstanding. Is he still on loan from us or did we sell him (can't be arsed to look it up).

Tell you what, great to watch a live game of Prem football without as much pressure as watching your own team (although I did put a few quid on to make it more exciting) but also, and I mean no disrespect to Sheff Utd as I love the city and their fans were great but you really see the level we are at when you watch another team. Some of the stuff I was shouting for their players to do no one else around me was, we really are spoiled with this team and Guardiola.

Feel like I had a weekend in Amsterdam, paid for a cheap shag and now I appreciate how amazing my wife is. Again, no disrespect to Sheffield Utd even though I've just compared them to a cheap whore!
Just imagine if you paid for some top totti? On second thoughts don’t, you’ll have a happier life!

If the referee hadn't seen an infringement, no way VAR would intervene.
I wasn't sure if there was no handball, a handball by Havertz or a handball by Cash, leading to a penalty.
The best bit was Cash accidentally kicking Martinez in the eye.
