Premier League (midweek) Games 2/3/4 April '24

Well that certainly gave me a good 10 minutes. Turned it on at 92 minutes and that was 10 very very funny minutes. Conference league might be a challenge for them next season.

Chelsea are still the worst team in league history despite their rag esque comeback in Fergie time.

Promised I would laugh at united until after the liverpool game in the slim hope they can take something from them. They're really pushing my restraint here.

I was having this conversation with my seat neighbour at the Etihad last night. Palmer is without doubt a highly talented, maybe even great player, but as good as he is he wouldn’t be getting regular starts in our team. We have Foden, Bernardo, KDB and Doku regularly steating for us in that position and there is no chance he starts ahead of at least three of them, maybe all four. Thats why I stand by my view that the transfer was a good deal for all parties.
It was absolutely the right move for all involved.

I am convinced that most people that think it was the wrong move either never actually watch him play through full matches and are just angry we let a promising academy player go, or only watch the highlights, so they don’t see his overall play is actually pretty poor most matches, which contributes—along with their other promising but raw/flawed players—to Chelsea being 10th after spending more than a billion pounds.

Just the thought of him crying in pain fills my heart with pure joy, grade A no mark **** from Nottingham who latched onto an entity he has no affiliation with at all just like the rest of the 'kool kids' did back then. Fuck him
He won't crying pain though.
He has a pre done script for when the scum win or lose..
