Premier League or Champions League?

Which do you want us to win more this season?

I'm not sure we will ever really get the credit for how good this side is - but making history helps.

Being the first to win 4 in a row would make a mark on history. It's never been done before because it's hard - the English League has always had lots of competition and it doesn't take much of a drop off for someone else to take advantage. Each off the previous 3 in a row winners didn't manage to refresh the squad well enough to keep the competition at bay (despite some big money transfers when you look at what United did in 01-02) - so to refresh the squad in the way we are doing and to win again would be an immense achievement - I would love to see us do it, we may not get another chance.

To win CL again would not make history - but it would be one more than United have done and it would give us the chance to match Real Madrid, Ajax, Bayern Munich - that's a nice exclusive group to belong to.

So let's win both of them - not being greedy, just making history.

I think every game is the priority to some extent. Though with the World Club thing along with more CL games in the group stage as well this year, we are going to have some issues with fixture congestion if we do well in all.

Something will have to give a little - we may see a lower points total in the league, sometimes you can get away with that. Maybe 86 points would be enough.

The new ECL format doesn’t come in until the 2024/2025 season so we have the same number of group stage matches as usual.

Init I'd take any trophy in no order of preference! Still not even arsed about this season after the treble

I'm not sure it does show entitlement really. For years we've had polls asking which we'd want to win more, PL or CL. It's just that this time winning the PL would be the 4th in a row. Winning the CL would be back to back wins. Those are facts.

I've not answered though because I havent got an answer. While every success is great like you say, I just dont want us to lose games either. That kind of ends up bringing trophies too.
