Won £100 twice so far

Small number bought for me when I was born in 1967 have never won a thing
 
Mrs JASR tends to ‘beat’ me… I’m at about 60% of her winnings over god know how many years.
This month took the piss though… 8 prizes for her. I’ve only had 4 iirc a few times in all the years

just about to put in 1000 , never done it before, do they notify you if you win,or do you have to login and check, should i go for the winnings to be reinvested for more bonds ?

You get an email.
If you have the NSI prize checker app you can look there.
I have mine reinvested because I am maxed out on ISAs.

Sweet FA, 4 months on the bounce, had a bit of a run in the 6 months prior to that.

I wonder how many holders of the max £50k there are (or couples with £100k)? Probably more than you think I imagine.

If you check the NS&I winners list, you can sort it in order of 'holding'. That shows how many £50k (max) holders have won £5k or more in the month. Consider then how many have won less than £5k, and how many (the largest proportion) who won nowt.

Worldwide, there are probably quite a few million £50k+ holders.

10k wins has a 0.4545 recuring chance of winning every month, so one win in 3 isn't far off expected.

I had 20K in for 6 months up to the start of April and a 0.909 chance of winning each month, only 2 prizes, so straight into the ISA on the 6th.

I've a 10k holding and this month have £100 which is the first prize in six months
I need the money now, so this was my last month before withdrawing

I was born in 67 and had £2 of PB’s bought for me when I was born. Must’ve been a thing back then. Needless to say they’ve won jack shite! :-)
 
£100 for me this month . Brings it to a grand total of £775 for this year . Well down on last year atm .
