I do not doubt they are and will continue to employ that hateful, abhorrent strategy, among many others.And so with #45 already using a particular strategy against Obama, I wouldn't be hesitant for them to use it again. It would be logical for the US administration to do so; 'divide and conquer'.
And Biden hasn't done himself any favours citing who is 'Black' and who is not, if they question voting for him.
If this was any other situation, one could not guarantee an outcome for either old man winning.
It just so happens one is hated more than the other. So, taking into account there's 55% - 60% of people that actually vote, it would be an absolute toss up in normal circumstances and may not even be guaranteed now.
I just don’t think it is going to be effective in *winning* new votes (most people that will agree with them already support them).
