President Joe Biden

Mitch McConnel, the self-styled Grim Reaper may have something to say about that.

Like I said, the weak Dems let that happen.

The GOP make up their own rules, pretty much with a little help from your favourite guy...

They cited a 1992 speech by then-senator Joe Biden, in which Biden argued that President Bush should wait until after the election to appoint a replacement if a Supreme Court seat became vacant during the summer or should appoint a moderate acceptable to the then-Democratic Senate, as a precedent. Republicans later began to refer to this originally little-noticed idea as the "Biden rule"

The irony of it all...

The Dems have no one to blame about the Supreme Court, but themselves.

They had the ball in their court.
I semi-agree with you actually. RBG should have retired when Obama asked her to in 2012 and we should've done more to get Garland on the court. It probably wouldn't have worked regardless since McConnell has the majority but I think we dropped the ball there a bit. It doesn't change the situation now though. One more nomination for Trump and it's pretty much game over.

Well, that part I'll agree on.

The poster you refer to is an infant. He speaks for himself and no one else, as is his right. Trump winning would be a victory for him because Biden lost.
Maybe or maybe not. I don't know. What I am more curious about is what different people see as strength. Like Trump is seen as strong but, really? Perhaps he is more weaknesses' idea of strength - a strength that lends itself to the need for a more dictatorial, 'my way or the highway style.' A strength that is less open to democracy and - if it doesn't get its own way - more prone to tantrums. Trump strikes me as like this. Sanders seemed a bit 'my way or the highway' but has now united behind Biden. As for Biden himself, he might have a different strength that is not always apparent at first glance. That I would enjoy. And Bigga? He can decide or not for himself, where he wants to be along this spectrum and then people will respond accordingly.
