He’s a fucking child. He posts to get in scrapes and for attention. Even the typical douchebags here (of which there are luckily precious few) have abandoned their pretenses.
Worse, he has no say and no real interest in this topic. It’s not his country. His dog lost and endorsed the guy he’s castigating. Sanders’ endorsement reflected precisely what all the rest of us have been saying for months and years.

You can do it with anyone who spends as much time in front of a camera as Biden does, especially given that he's has a stutter since childhood. It's a dumb and mostly dishonest attack from people who can't win on ideas.You seem quite keen on looking at right wing websites where they have presumably trawled through hundreds of hours of Biden footage to splice together every instance of him misstating the odd word. I’m sure the same could have been done with Reagan and Bush if they’d wanted to. Obama probably fumbled the odd word as well. Public speakers do. With Trump you only have to watch 10 minutes and see him do it live. There really is no comparison.
