we just invite the rest of the North Atlantic region not already in join, Mexico, Cuba, Honduras, Belieze, the non US caribbean islands, Morrocco and Western Sahara, cutting off the US accesss to the med most of the caribbean sea and also expelling it's blockade around cuba and drone bases in north africa and training exercises

There does not need to be an imminent threat for the US to act. If you wait until something is an imminent threat then you have a bigger problem than if you take care of the problem before it becomes more difficult to manage.
