IIRC , another pinch point is the Panama Canal, and didn’t Trump (v1) threaten Panama?
Iirc he also said it was bad policy to hand the canal (the Panama Canal…), back to Panama, back in the day. Presumably that’ll be an old score he’ll settle soon…

I’m not sure if that’s true but if it was, what would the American people think of that, giving American money to a country who does nothing for Americans, especially when many are struggling?

I said this a few years ago, what we are seeing is how American operates, only now has Trump taken it in front of the cameras for all to see. Before, all that would have been reported was that Iran has nuclear weapons and America needs to save the democratic regions, and many wouldn’t have batted an eyelid, urging America to go forth.

Would we have seen the likes of Musk and the tech bro’s front and centre supporting Trump? Or would the world influencers be sat in the shadows pulling the strings?

These people, from the relatively new SM era, not only want riches and power, they want the fame and open voice to go with it.

Couldn't the likes of Moldova and Serbia etc also become issues in the utopian EU if accepted?

When Trump distances the US from NATO/Europe and Putin becomes more embolden with Trumps blessing, could these eastern European countries be relied upon for European unity and support, because up until now, Hungary couldn't be?

They could if they’re basically there to report to Russia etc.

Like the UK after Brexit, it's to encourage the others as to why the EU is a good place to be.

Do any Hungary watchers know why Orban went this way? He used to seem normal but was he always really a fascist?
