Some people never learn, they just have one track minds, a bit like Parrots really. They don't care what they have been told or what information is given to them, they always want more.

2 MJ's Knockout

Today Google announced that for the 2nd time in a week it thought it was under attack.
As previously announced, last week the internet slowed down to the many number of people searching for news of Michale jackson's death.
"Given the number of people using our search engine, we thought we were under attack" a google spokesperson said, as understood by Sky Sports news.

Reports of a internet slowdown today have again been blamed on MJ. this time thought its the heavyweight version of Manchester Citys Glowy cheeked Star Michael Johnston appearing on the famous Bluemoon Forum. Apparantly it took a massive Jpg to put his picture online.
Sky sports news understands that todays slowdown is a result of this photo plus Angry manchester City fans moaning on Bluemoon that in the 1st 2.5 hours of the window being open, they have not signed anyone apart from a 18 million striker.

A google spokesman, as understood by sky sports news, said "we may have to ban "michael" as a keyword in search to safegaurd the internet"

Probably no more than we got but it should have been held before now. Why wait this time for that?
 
I thought Hughes was quite clever actually in the press conference. To paraphrase he said that deals for the likes of Tevez and Eto'o are complex and that they can become frustrating owing to the amount of time it takes, but if City feel it's not going to happen, they will walk away.

My thoughts on that are that we are obviously still negotiating for the 2 players but in saying what he did, it's a clear message that we won't be held to ransom and it's a message for said players (and agents and selling clubs) not to take the piss as we can and will pull the plug.

Especially if they bottle it, presumably.
