Pressure is on Manchester City - Harry Redknapp

Totally agree St Helens blue, and I would put Pompey's demise down to reckless spending by Harry but backed to the hilt by Peter Storrie.......

And he talks about what we have spent....Proper **** is Redknapp. Got mates who are pompey fans and they blame him for the spending that has put them where they are now.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ,ha, Harry. Big fat wobblechops making you look stupid, IF we beat Wigan on Monday (will be tough) then does "Arry" risk playing open attacking football, losing and being 8 points behind us? Or will he try for a draw and keep close (which wont suit Spuds at all).
Good weekend so far IMO even with Rags winning, they have a tougher Feb than us!

As I said to a mate earlier, if Rednapp reckons us and Chelsea are where we are because of Sheikh Mansour and Roman Abramovich respectively then it's totally fair to say that Pompey are where they are because of Redknapp and others. He and his unscrupulous mates almost put that club out of business and as such his comments are a disgrace.

Is it any coincidence that fans of almost every club he has managed previous to Spurs can't stand him? Pompey, Saints, and Hammers fans all despise him.

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp said the pressure was on Manchester City after his side moved to within three points of the Premier League leaders.

On Wednesday, Spurs beat Everton 2-0 to draw level on points with second-placed Manchester United.

"The pressure is on Man City [because of] their squad and the money they have been able to spend," said Redknapp.

"They are expected to be there and win. We are just hanging in there at the moment and playing well."

When asked whether his team could win the title, Redknapp said: "Who knows? Nothing's impossible."
