Do they have an app on Xbox, PS, smart tv? Etc. I mean it’s 2021 get with the times if they don’t

It certainly works with Amazon Prime and with an LG Smart TV. You just need to pair the City + app with the account.

I am now watching the Sick Swan match on the big TV!
 
I’ve subscribed on my mobile device but how the hell do I now pair my LG TV as it’s not giving me that option anywhere? Typical City!

Download the city app on your tv, log in with your city+ subscription details. It will then give you pairing code

City app is already on my TV, doesn’t give me any option to log in but tells me to go to mancity.com/subscribe on my mobile and enter a code when prompted, that’s the issue though because I’m not being prompted at all! Driving me bloody nuts now.
