Priced out? | Club announce that matchday tickets being reduced by up to 43% (p93)

I assume 032 was 132 last season, im in there for Sunderland, wanted 3 tickets could only get 2 via friends/family. I bought ( for example) seat 1 and seat 3 leaving seat 2 unsold. Gotta work out how i can get the middle seat later if still available.

Specsavers awaits.......

Bottom tier, corner of the North and Colin Bell stands.
Is it just my impression that, with the new numbering, sectors are much smaller than last year?

I fear this may lead to a situation as Spurs, where seats which are close together (and with basically the same view) have different prices? Not this year perhaps, but something the club may want to experiment with in the future?

Ticket prices are currently good value, but they have not been among the lowest in the Prem for a “long long time”. The reduction is the result of the protests at the end of last season. Also, as far as I know, you can't buy without a membership.
Games do come up reasonably regularly general sale but tbf i think only cup and CL games.

They've been in the top 5 lowest for def the last 3 years so I guess a long time, not a long long time. When you consider where we finish in the table and what other clubs charge I struggle to see how anyone can be anything but delighted with ticket prices, but I guess some people just like to moan :-)

Thanks mate, appreciate the info.

They've just changed the first number of each block. The size of the blocks hasn't changed.

No, same number of sectors, just new numbering.

Taking my two sons to different matches, Only 1 has a junior membership (I have adult 1), can I choose to download all tickets to my phone so I can scan them in at separate matches, or am I gonna end up having to get a burner phone to load the kids ticket?
If they are in your friends and family you can download them all. I have my husband and 2 kids and all the tickets loaded to one phone.

Sounds more like a bank issue than the ticket site to be fair.
It most certainly was, but it seems to happen every time and only on the City ticket website, I now have tickets for 4 matches, I ended up paying through google pay on the same card the website wouldn’t accept, it’s the card I have registered for my account. Sick isn’t in it how I feel now, the only games I managed to get 2 together are for Sunderland, Brighton, Fulham and Forest, I had Leeds, West Ham , Newcastle , Burnley & Everton as well as the 4 mentioned earlier, all the the basket, before I had the issues paying.
A call to the ticket office awaits I feel before I try for the others

We have not been in the top five lowest for the last three years, so I'm not sure where you’ve got that. Our lowest category tickets have been more expensive than Arsenal's lowest for example, which are well-known for being extremely expensive. The odd cup game is OK, but Premier League games have been outrageous, and you haven’t been able to buy Premier League games without a membership. I can only imagine you've been living under a rock the past few years if you haven't noticed the fanbase's discontent with ticket prices.

The demonstrations have changed things significantly for this season.

Been waiting to get tickets for Liverpool since 9am but sold out now. The club really needs to think about doing it based on ticket points in future rather than matches. I will have to try 3 weeks out.
I managed to get tickets for last game of the season and the Manchester derby, tried for Liverpool but apparently I had refreshed to many times and it thought I was a bot so missed out!!

If you try again 3 weeks out and still not successful, usually the week leading up to a game (especially within a couple of days of the game) tickets will pop up from season ticket holders who can’t go last minute, just play the patience game and keep clicking “find best available seats” and they will eventually drop into your basket, it’s always worked for me for league games :D

am still confident I’ll get tickets for the Liverpool game by doing this and will be more surprised if I don’t.

Did anyone join the queue at 9am or earlier and have hardly any wait? Just trying to work out if it's random or earler the better.
I joined at 9 05 and was 11000 at 10 it said 1 hr but it was 30 mins got 4 games but I bet apart from spurs utd liverpool and maybe arsenal you be ok buying tickets all this week

Yes and I am sure they will reduce the prices when we have a few poor seasons which will inevitably happen. Won't they?

So am I correct in saying the club sell around 70% of the available tickets 3 weeks before a fixture and that then includes any session card seat that has been vacated?

So yesterday was just a release of 30%?
