Prices of attending games post Covid?

Do you feel as though the club is in touch with us fans? I don't. I feel as though I've been made to feel less important year on year and the club care more about attracting new customers than retaining old ones.
In comparison to the past and the Swales days ? absolutely, nowhere near as much as the first years of the take over granted, but still.

Because of the poor stream l missed most of the stuff about the chalking off of Erics goal and saw nothing of the second goal at all. But l wasnt particularly bothered and did not go into purdah for a few days as l used to after a defeat.
Once fans are back l might not miss goals due to buffering but referees /VAR decisions will still mystify me but its the not being bothered when we lose thats telling me l might not go back at any price.

Nail on the head for me. VAR has killed all enjoyment/enthusiasm. I had the misfortune to see the Matip hand ball yesterday and whereas before it would have made me angry, i thought it was just hilarious the way they are not even trying to hide the bias anymore.

I think we’ll all be surprised. The football attending fans will have had 12-14+months of thousands of extra pounds to their name. That will sway many all over the country to stop going to the footy in the future.

From knowing lads even before all this who have fallen away from City’s support through being kicked out of their seats to make way for the Family Stand, others for new corporate areas, others because they have been priced out, others because they hate the match day experience stuff (and a few who’ve died)... I know over two dozen lads who’ve stopped going to City over the last decade, some were home+away die hard sand others were home attending fans going back to the 60s. And none of them miss it, and all prefer having the extra cash in their pocket.

Plus an ageing fan base like ours, in a Covid hotspot, may well have taken a huge hit from Covid. We may have lost a lot more fans than other clubs who seem to have larger younger generation sized fanbases.
I am that fan, since 1965 couldn’t wait to get back after Close Season, I’m currently hoping the lockout continues as I’m running scared of making the decision of not renewing my season ticket. The game has gone to “Hell on a Handcart”. (Quote Mike Parry when Rooney left Everton for Rags and money lol)

He should change it to ‘The game has been handed over to the crooks and the frauds’.

Just change 1965 to 1970 for me.

Yep...I’d of vented on ere an all, I even rewound it for the lad so we could both have a laugh about it, Matips face agreed with us as well, the media/pigmol/fa/prem darlings flagging taxis in the box again.....oh FFS I’ve set meself off

Not been in the ground since spurs champs league...be mongy to pay back in after watching that. Even the selective showing of var was cherry picked...how thicker than fuck do they want fans to be?

Watching via a tv going the same way, we've had 11 month of disecting the news/propaganda....listening to some of the scripts from the commentators and pundits is worse than watching re-runs of top of the mime pops...micah changing his tune when his ear piece buzz's is pure pantomine. Fuckt.

Whst did niggle me a bit was the way Dean went over to the screen not as big as mine and not as close as mine too a quick glance and disallowed. At other times they takes 5 mins to get the view that suits their purpose even going back to something that happened in the last century.
