Print at home tickets (Now live - P7)

It's actually hilarious how anyone can be outraged that City are looking at more options to help fans with tickets.

I don't think people were being 'outraged', I know I wasn't, it was just putting another point of view, which is what everyone is here for. For myself, I really couldn't care one way or the other, because I've got a season ticket and I don't think it will make any difference to st holders. It was other people I was 'concerned' about. :-)

I bought a printed ticket at a concert made the tout wait till I was in before I paid him, come to think of it the bloke on door must of been in on it as he just threw it in the bin without scanning it.
I'm sure many fans will get caught out with multi printed tickets.

Some people are not getting it printing your own is just one option you can still get it from the ground or they can post it out ,or do you want the club to do fu*k all & have another cock up like last week

This is a good idea from the club. The Juve game was really bad, I got to the ground an hour before kick off and missed the first 20 minutes (apparently I didn't miss much) but I'd say I was pretty lucky compared to some. It should stop that from happening again which can only be a good thing.

I've no problem whatsoever with printing my tickets at home, as the others have said, it's what we already do with flights, gigs etc.
It's the timing that is unfortunate. It seems that after the shambles with the non functioning season cards, then the Juventus tickets, the club have just thought "well we can't process our own ticket system anymore, let's get the fans to do it for us!".
Preseason would have been a much better time to introduce a new system imo.

Sounds like the system used for Chibuku/WHP/etc. Wonder if I'll be greeted by a heavy a frisk down as well.

I understand technology moves on and have used Etickets for all sorts of things. Just gets my heckles up that this could mean the eventual removal of ticket offices and the staff.

I hope so because that will reduce operating costs and could well reduce ticket prices.

Says you can buy same day as the game, should help as people can now go almost spur of the moment.

Manchester City have introduced a new system where fans who buy tickets online can also print out their ticket bar code at home to save queuing at the stadium.
What a great idea to save the long queues seen at the Juventus game.

And you PB made me laugh out loud on the tram which, as it was almost empty had people turning to look at me & the sight of an old woman blushing is not a good vision!!!!! :-)

I've been there Sheila so I know how you feel. From the 'Rag merchandise gone WAY too far" thread in Classics:
Those reviews are excellent. Sat on the train laughing my head off and everyone looking at me. Well done all.
