If they are against three different season cards, it will be loaded on each card. They tweeted that yesterday.

I've just received a paper ticket for one of my season cards and didn't get a text confirmation for that one.

Of course it might be loaded on the card as well, who knows. I can see carnage at the gates tonight.

Right 60 mins queuing later I'm back.

A typical, City shambles. There were 3 windows open, with quite the queue. Lots of people asking the same as here.

I got the one guy who wasn't happy about replacing the ticket with paper, even though we've been told it's possible. He was a right obnoxious cnut. I'd take as ID to be safe. I didn't need it but the individuals seem to be making it up as they go.

Get there as early as possible would be my advice.

The lad went on his lunch break to pick up a paper ticket for tonight as it still hasn't arrived, ordered last Monday. Pulled up on the car park, steward "£10 cash to park,you will get it back when you leave"...Lad, "no cash on me"..Steward " sorry you can't park then"..

Didn't have time to go cash till and get back in his lunch hour. You can have all the money in the world but it wont sort out the complete and utter fuck up that is City's ticket office.

Only a 30 min wait for me at the ticket office, fcking freezing mind. They printed off the 2 missing tickets that had been loaded to cards without too much bother. Just gave my confirmation email. And relax...

Git there st 2.30 ..... All done before 3.00pm ... Well organised queue, minimum 3 windows open sometimes 5 .... Courteous staff .... Much better than I was expecting so Well Done

I get out of work at 5. Is it going to be worth getting in the queue at all? How long does anyone think it will be?

I'm actually picking up a pair of staff tickets because my mate works for City but he won't be around til later on, but he said if I have to wait for hours he's not too fussed as the tickets were free anyway we just need to pick them up.

Any advice appreciated as I don't want to waste my time if I'm queuing for hours!

3.30 @ ticket office about 20-30 que, 1 window open initially and the heavens opened, feckin drownded, then 3more windows opened . Took 45 mins. no I'd was asked for.

Have a seasoncard but bought for different seat location tonight...told my card had been loaded accordingly.

Card didn't work on entry but showed them my paper sales receipt and after about a minute they let me in. God knows what kind of delays there will be getting into the stadium tonight.
