Print E-Ticket

What a complete fuck up, when you buy a ticket for an event up to 8 days in advance I feel you should be able to look forward to it the day before without all these stresses and unknowns.

Same position. Got an e-mail back saying that if I wanted a second paper ticket, they want to know the far end of a fart about me as well as bringing photo ID tomorrow. I'm wondering if this is an attempt to ensure those that bought an additional ticket are not intending selling them on, and that by having it loaded on your card, you will be assumed to be turning up.

I will not be arriving till about an hour before kick off due to having to work and then drive over 100 miles. I'm praying everything goes smoothly and that my card works
 
Ok, to save everyone phoning up and being told the same. I was on hold for 30 mins so no point anyone else suffering.

You can get a reprint tomorrow if you take, all of...

Supporter number of the card affected.
Address of cardholder.
D/O/B of the card holder.
Phone number on the account.
Email address on the account.

Apparently it's been done as a security measure, which I can just about see, but it's not been ideal.
 
Only 1 of 2 tickets have turned up for me. Farcical as we are coming all the way from Watford and now well be in a rush.

The aim now must surely be damage limitation, get all hands on deck and get everyone in working through the night, pay them triple overtime, get them on the twitter help account overnight too, just do whatever it takes to ensure no one is locked outside by the time this game kicks off.

The idea about getting staff to go up and down the queue informing people is a good shout too.
 
2 of my 4 arrived today. However despite ordering them at 9.30am on Monday, City only posted them out Saturday!!!!! Why ffs?

Just checked to see if the eticket option is available (it isn't). Under delivery details it says 'there was no delivery for this transaction' but at the same time it says 'you will receive your ticket in the post'. Looks like a trip to the ticket office then.

It was bought by another season ticket holder so if it has been loaded onto his card that's going to need to be sorted out tomorrow!

We usually watch at home if not at the game but sometimes go to the Nascot Arms for some food while we watch.

If you're only a citizen member with a ticket for tomorrow nights game. is access loaded onto your citizen card or do you need a paper ticket?
 
The bottom line is, to be on the safe side bring everything with you that you have tomorrow night - card and/or paper ticket, confirmation e-mail, maybe even ID.

I was there but can't remember if we had cash at the gates for that game.
 
never had a problem before with tickets, decided to watch this from south stand x4 instead of family, did on line said would send paper tickets, not arrived, got text this morning saying game loaded to card x3 no convermation of 4 card/ticket, what the fuck do i do now cant get through on phone, i have e-mailed to ask does anyone know if the reply to e-mails, we will not be at stadium till 7ish tonight do not fancy trying to get that sorted at ticket office before the game.
