Had the same text. Could have done with it on Saturday when had all the cards. Will not be able to get one card tomorrow so guess I'll be joining the Q.
Had similar mate, I changed my two tickets to be posted-only one turned up, rung the ticket office and he said the lead ticket is loaded to the card even though i requested a paper ticket-id ring up mate just to be on the safe side.
What a complete fuck up, when you buy a ticket for an event up to 8 days in advance I feel you should be able to look forward to it the day before without all these stresses and unknowns.
Only 1 of 2 tickets have turned up for me. Farcical as we are coming all the way from Watford and now well be in a rush.
The aim now must surely be damage limitation, get all hands on deck and get everyone in working through the night, pay them triple overtime, get them on the twitter help account overnight too, just do whatever it takes to ensure no one is locked outside by the time this game kicks off.Correct.
Cups for Cock Ups again from our draconian tkt office.
Just checked to see if the eticket option is available (it isn't). Under delivery details it says 'there was no delivery for this transaction' but at the same time it says 'you will receive your ticket in the post'. Looks like a trip to the ticket office then.Same but I've been on blower and one will have gone on your card! Maybe see you on the train.
Whilst I'm at it which pub do you use when you can't make the game? Cheers - Sam

It was bought by another season ticket holder so if it has been loaded onto his card that's going to need to be sorted out tomorrow!
We usually watch at home if not at the game but sometimes go to the Nascot Arms for some food while we watch.
Not blaming the foot soldiers, just the generals !!Just needs some common sense in there. I wouldn't blame those in the front line.
The bottom line is, to be on the safe side bring everything with you that you have tomorrow night - card and/or paper ticket, confirmation e-mail, maybe even ID.
How did we manage to sell 52K tix v Everton in that 1981 replay in a few days and we're now in total chaos for a Champs Lg semi decades later?
