we take far far far less than any other country in Europe. Before this racist ( coz thats what their policy is ) Govt restore actual legal routes to the UK such as those they set up for the Ukrainian and Afghan and Hong Kong migrants then it won't stop. They made it illegal ( against international law ) to satisfy the rabid racists who voted for them but made up a small proportion of the electorate and they did that because when we had to accept and process them 70%+ were successful which was rather awkward if you were a racist.

So are we saying it’s fine to just let however many numbers into the country and turn a blind eye to it all ? Could get 2/3000 migrants every day and that’s fine ?

You’ve already been told what the solution is above.

Give then legal channels to apply on foreign soil.

Then the dinghy trips would almost stop completely and those crossing despite being able to apply elsewhere would most likely know they wouldn’t qualify.

Those that look at this from an objective point of view are saying that we need to open legal routes for those who want to apply, then take each case on its own merit.

Think about it, if 70% of those on the boats are found to have a legal right, that means that your 3000 migrants using these means drops to 900, which can then be processed according to their circumstance.

Patel and this government have you looking in one direction when the reality is that they’ve actually created this issue and encouraged the smugglers by disallowing legal means. And some in the UK buy it.
