What? ..... you only get £37.50 a week , expected to feed, clothe and buy toiletries on that amount and you're not allowed to work?

Point of order.
The general rule is that asylum seekers/people in immigration detention centres awaiting removal are not allowed to work.
However there is scope for work to be done with the permission of the home office.
