Privacy notice

Sorry for starting a thread about this, but the sites privacy notice keeps popping up every time I change the page even after I agree to the terms, any help Ric please

This was happening to me a couple of weeks ago.
Cleared cookies and it’s been ok since.

Clearing cache did not work for my tablet but…….turned it off and turned it back on…..voila. Reboot device works.

@Ric I've got a padlock appearing on the left of screen, when clicked it brings up the privacy options. I've clicked on 'reject all' which closes it but leaves the privacy settings or padlock (if I click on the X) still on screen. I've not tried clearing cache yet as I'd done a full clear not long back.

The padlock should disappear when you scroll back up. Seems unnecessary for it to still appear even after you've accepted the privacy settings though. I'll check with the ad provider.

BTW, the reject or accept pop-up is randomly popping up when changing threads now.

Ha, it's been quite for a few changes of threads but immediately popped up when I clicked on the notification from your reply :(

You may need to clear your cookies as there's a new consent thing in place. Hopefully the padlock icon will be gone soon.

I'll give it a shot Ric, the bugger only seems to appear when I click on this thread at the moment ironically (or perhaps spookily).

Nope, still not right and I deleted all of my history for all time. I click on 'reject' in either 'Purposes' or in the '1717 Partners'(???) and it closes the pop-up instead of letting me click on 'Save & Exit', when I've checked it's still set to the same authorisations.

Edit: tried Firefox rather than my usual Chrome but the same thing happens.
