Seems obvious that it goes on but documents have been leaked revealing that some of the worlds most prominent leaders, Tory MPs, peers etc have been using offshore accounts to hide their vast Wealth and avoid paying tax.

In past times many would have been shocked. These days, when my own MP helps himself to £11k from public funds he's not entitled to, I am not surprised in the slightest. The world is stuffed with potential for skunk farms.
