There were managers and players here before Pep and Erling and there will be after. We're the perfect target... too many people who are completely against critiquing the club in any way.
Constant price rises (whilst making an £80m profit) are unnecessary and show how little the club cares for its legacy fans. City gets a hell of a lot wrong when it comes to fan engagement, and one day, the chickens will come home to roost.
Pep and Haaland won't be here forever... and neither will a lot of us legacy fans if we continue down this path.
And us legacy fans will be replaced with a new breed, irrespective of which path the club travel down.
The problem we have now is that the club want to replace us with daytrippers who will not only pay more for a match ticket but will fill the hotels and visit the club shop.
It will take them a decade or 2,to shift us,but that is their ultimate goal.
As long as they are successful on the pitch they will achieve it.
