Sim racer your best bet is to wait for Driveclub. For arcade style racers I thought Need For Speed Rivals was awesome. Weather effects looked great on ps4 and the random storm coming up was always something to account for when trying to bust a racer or escape the cops.

Like the game mode in the Underground series? It's basically open world driving with two factions: Cops and racers. Between events you're just driving around with real players and AI mixed in depending if you're playing offline or online and you can switch factions depending on what side you want to unlock things for.
Basically same people who did Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2012) and Burnout Paradise.

PS4 really has pissed this generation. Will take something epic for XBox to get back in to it. Unfortunately for them the PS can push much further if needs be. Still waiting to see what my mates do before I make my choice though

Currently playing Infamous second son on PS4 and I must say the graphics are f&&&&&g awesome the game isn't bad either. I'm going to buy Final Fantasy a realm reborn next looks good and only £23 in Argos. Another 6 months and there will be plenty of games to choose from and I can't wait.
