If the rules are in accordance with commercial law - and that is at least questionable - UEFA has an obligation to apply them even handedly to all clubs. Any claim that UEFA is failing in its obligation would be decided by the courts. Such a claim would probably trigger a ban for the FA of the club going to court, but if the verdict were to go against UEFA the ban would be unenforceable and the compensation would be ruinous. After the way UEFA persisted with an unwinnable case against Bosman it is not beyond question that Platini and the UEFA establishment have not even considered this.
At the risk of repeating myself, why does UEFA have to look at PSG's books until they are financially sound? They don't, or anyone else's for that matter, unless they feel like it. Or does anyone know different?

Normally I'd laugh at your joke but given some of the francophiles on this thread, I am now not sure you are joking.MATCITY said:fucking disgusting racist twatblue underpants said:I give up, now that this thread has been turned into an anti French thing heres my contribution.

You have to under the rule submit your financial details for the year or face not getting a license from UEFA
