PSG Owners may scale back investment due to Media criticism / (Allegedly for Sale After the World Cup - Pg 17))

Now, i just went to the Redcafe forum and saw their thread about that issue.

How happy can they be, haha ! And the bias is real when they think it would be good if they were going to Roma, a proper club.

So, what i should conclude from that is oil/gas from gulf states (monarchies) is all cool and good when invested in clubs they like, the proper clubs. But not at PSG which is a club that won more than Roma despite being way younger.

FFP is a restriction and we have been punished once (wrongly) but we have spent more and are continually to spend more than Wolves, so I would suggest it does matter to a degree.
It is true, but the owners from City had already built a squad and a brand bigger than what Wolves can do right now. The initial investment was enough for that and, as we know, money attract money : thanks to that investment, team got solid and sexy => money from sporting success, improved visibily/more fans worldwide => bigger sponsorship contracts.

For a team to start now this kind of things with FFP is impossible. Milan is trying and is always in the aim of FFP. And Milan is not some less known club like Wolfes.

Yes that’s true, it does feel like the door has been slammed shut behind us.
