PSG post match thread

Mangala looked value for money tonight, Clichy outstanding as was Sagna-Fern outstanding and Kev is Kev-fucking love the guy.

Dave controlling the tempo in midfield .

If we had a top drawer player on the right wing we would already be through, love his work rate but that "shot" in the second half from Navas summed him up perfectly -shame as he's a likeable hardworking footballer.

We can do these- Wolfsburg in the semi please!

Thought we were controlled tonight , let them have the ball then do the damage with what we had-pressed well all night.

Impressed and well done to Manuel.

PSG really seemed to hit the wall around the 70 minute mark. Hopefully a sign that their league isn't taxing enough. Could bode well for the return leg.

Fantastic result. Hate to be a pooper but the game confirms what I've said all season. For me the first out the door close of season are:

Fernando
Mangala
Clichy

very wrong game for "Mangala is bad" confirmation.

Weird game. I don't think either team were near their best, certainly not PSG, yet we had to ride our luck
MOTM for me Fernandinho
Fernando had a good game, bar one horrendous error
Isn't Navas so fucking frustrating. He works his balls off but is a terrible footballer
We stopped them playing. That's what our midfield was there to do.

The difference today was that this time we had a proper midfield out who all put a shift in. Granted we didn't play great football ourselves but it was better than most expected including me

Yeah thought Owen was decent tonight

It's nice having pundits backing any of us English clubs when we play in Europe.. One of my favourite commentary moments was when Andy Townsend cried out "GETTTT IN!!" When Aguero scored vs Bayern.

im starting to believe with Real near out and anything can happen in the Barca game, City v Bayern final? but strange enough not as much buz about making the final against stoke
