Mangala looked value for money tonight, Clichy outstanding as was Sagna-Fern outstanding and Kev is Kev-fucking love the guy.

Dave controlling the tempo in midfield .

If we had a top drawer player on the right wing we would already be through, love his work rate but that "shot" in the second half from Navas summed him up perfectly -shame as he's a likeable hardworking footballer.

We can do these- Wolfsburg in the semi please!

Thought we were controlled tonight , let them have the ball then do the damage with what we had-pressed well all night.

Impressed and well done to Manuel.
We all know it's going to be Bayern or Barcelona. But still be crossing my fingers!

MP continues to ignore the young goalscorer on his bench in favor of the laziest, most useless player on the roster. What could possibly be his rationale for this? Does he think that goals scored by players with a transfer fee under 20 million don't count? It wouldn't be the first time that he didn't understand the rules in the CL.

The score is even better when you realize that we played without Yaya and Kompany, and Silva and Aguero were non existent. KDB is such player, means so much to this team.
Even though they had little attacking impact they both worked their socks off.

PSG really seemed to hit the wall around the 70 minute mark. Hopefully a sign that their league isn't taxing enough. Could bode well for the return leg.
Another reason weve got to go at them at our place. It we start passing it about predictably and slowly across the final third as we often do we will be exposing ourselves. We looked great tonight when we broke quickly and with purpose

im starting to believe with Real near out and anything can happen in the Barca game, City v Bayern final? but strange enough not as much buz about making the final against stoke

Bayerm won't find it easy in benfica!

Still nothing about two handballs in their box? French director never showed a replay of either. Any chance someone could put them up?

Fantastic result. Hate to be a pooper but the game confirms what I've said all season. For me the first out the door close of season are:

Fernando
Mangala
Clichy

I am undecided on Fernando yet. Mangala is definately work in progress and tonight showed he is capable of becoming top-drawer. Clichy though was brilliant, intelligent and worked hard. Like the rest of the defence tbh, but I thikk he will be right up Pep's street when he comes.

Great result all things considered.PSG no great shakes defensively, cut out the fucking cock ups for fuck sake city. Thought fernando showed real balls to keep his composure and concentration after the balls up first half, if we don't play navas in the 2nd leg we'll have a great chance, how he gets to play at this level is unbelievable. Joe needs to fucking catch an odd ball too. Managla was really good tonight I thought unlike the clown beside him. Stay on your feet for fuck sake. I'm cautiously optimistic we can finish the job next week. as for the fucking cringe worthy pundits slating us yet one of their poster boys getting stuffed by wolfsburg barely warrants a mention. Cunts the lot of them.

Ginger Kev is class.
Luiz is a diving ****.
Great result but let's not get ahead of ourselves lads n lasses.
Same team on Tuesday please Manuel.

Great result and team effort. Well done boys!!
Negative media coverage a disgrace:
BT, 5Live, Green, Mills, Ferdinand just full of resentment/indifference for our achievement. This in contrast to the anticipated love-in for Liverpool tomorrow.
Fuck-em!!
This and you can bet the coverage tomorrow from the media will be all about the hart/Fernando fuck up just cover the negatives no praise expected...

Iheanacho will not be trusted to play a single minute of football in the champions league (unless Aguero and Bony get injured). And we took Nasri out of the squad to enable us to do this.
